Perma-Fix Announces Tenth Annual Mixed & Low Level Waste Management Forum

ATLANTA, Dec. 1, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:PESI) today announced it will host its tenth annual Mixed & Low Level Waste Management Forum December 6 – 9, 2010 in Nashville, TN. This year's forum theme is "A Decade of Progress...Collaborating to Solve Waste Management Challenges." The forum will feature waste management experts from around the U.S. who will highlight the significant progress made in cleaning up some of the nation's most challenging wastes that have been generated from nuclear power and nuclear weapons development.

Perma-Fix is an innovator in finding solutions for challenging waste streams using its four treatment facilities located throughout the U.S. Perma-Fix has evolved over the last ten years to bring this expertise to the generator's site.
