The Company has completed the closure and decommissioning activities of its M&EC facility in accordance with M&EC’s license and permit requirements.

At June 30, 2019, total accrued closure liabilities for our M&EC subsidiary totaled approximately $156,000 which are recorded as current liabilities. The Company recorded an additional $330,000 in closure costs and current closure liabilities during the first six months of 2019 due to finalization of closure requirements, of which approximately $165,000 was recorded in the second quarter of 2019.
