Item 8.01 – Other Events.

On April 9, 2026, Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) will be presenting at Gabelli Funds’ 12^th Annual Waste & Environmental Services Symposium (the “Symposium”). Attendees at the Symposium will be presented with the Company’s “Investor Presentation, April 2026,” attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference. The investor presentation will also be posted to the Company’s website.
