Section 5 – Other Events

Item 8.01 – Other Events.

We have previously disclosed that prior to our acquisition of Safety & Ecology Corporation (“SEC”), SEC had entered into a fixed price contract to remediate a site. Subsequent to the acquisition of SEC, this contract continued to experience difficulties and has been a contributing factor to the Company’s weak quarterly performances.  SEC has now resolved these difficulties. As a result, we no longer expect this contract to be a negative for us financially.
